You can make your purchase using bank card transfer, cash on delivery, or in cash.
Bank Card Transfer
The card number will be provided after placing the order.
Cash on Delivery
In this case, the buyer pays for the purchased goods at the branch office (or to the courier) of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta upon receiving the order.
The buyer is responsible for paying the cash on delivery fee and the service charges of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta according to their respective tariffs.
Delivery
Within Ukraine, we deliver through Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, starting from the day following the order placement (in the case of cash on delivery at Nova Poshta branch, including courier delivery, or Ukrposhta), or from the day following the receipt of the bank card transfer.
In most cases, we strive to dispatch orders on the same day or the next day.
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta (including courier delivery) and Ukrposhta (to branch offices).
In addition to the cost of the ordered goods, delivery services provided by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta are paid separately. The exact cost depends on the weight and size of the package and is automatically calculated based on the delivery service tariffs.
Delivery times vary from 1 day depending on the buyer's address and the chosen delivery method.
We will provide the tracking number (TTN) after sending the order.
